Tapping (EFT), can be transforming and powerful, and often these changes unfold quickly. Even so, it is important to allow time for healing to progress.
(EFT)/Tapping may help you with:

I recommend a 2-hour session to begin with, or at least 90 minutes. Of course, the session you pick is entirely up to you, and you can always book a shorter session and receive results.

Pets and EFT

Do you have pets? EFT is known to calm animals when they're  stressed. Your pet looks to you for his well-being. Here’s a link to an article on how EFT can help your pets.

Tapping on animals is similar to tapping on people. The accupoints are the same. We can either tap on Fido or Fluffy while talking to him, or we can tap on ourselves with the intention of tapping on your furry friend. Intention is important in any healing modality.
